These terms describe the basic agreement between ShopAssist and the merchant or team using the service.

You must be authorized to connect each Shopify store and are responsible for the people who use your ShopAssist account. Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us if you believe access has been compromised.
Shopify connection
Store access is governed by the permissions approved in Shopify. You can review or remove the app from Shopify Admin. Disconnecting a store can limit or stop product answers for that store.
AI answers and store changes
ShopAssist can summarize store data and prepare recommendations, but AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important answers before relying on them. Any store-changing action must be confirmed through the controls provided.
Plans, cancellation, and availability
Paid Shopify app plans are approved and managed through Shopify billing. You can cancel by uninstalling the app or changing the plan options made available in ShopAssist. Service features and availability can change as the product improves.
