Depending on the permissions you approve, ShopAssist can process store details, products, variants, media, inventory, and locations. We also use your chosen login email plus limited usage, security, and diagnostic information.
How the information is used
We use this information to connect your Shopify store, answer product questions, display evidence, manage your account, meter plan usage, prevent abuse, and provide support. ShopAssist does not sell merchant data.
Service providers and AI
Hosting, authentication, email, analytics, and AI providers may process only the information required to deliver their part of ShopAssist. Access is limited to the purpose of operating and improving the service.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and store information only as long as needed to provide ShopAssist, meet legal obligations, and resolve security or billing issues. You can disconnect a store in Shopify and request account access or deletion through ShopAssist support.
